  1. Dear Deb & Ross,
    We really enjoyed our stay at Grafton Rose and meeting you both and hearing about your fascinating project.
    We also loved Warwick and ended up finding 6 (!) op shops, lovely people and interesting things to see. Killarney is in a strangely magical setting and the drive through Woodenbong was beautiful.

    We’re currently in Bangalow and then catching up with friends in Ballina for a few days.

    Thanks for the lovely photo. All the very best to you both and heartfelt thanks for making our brief stay in your lovely city so enjoyable.

    thank you Deb & Ross for a wonderful week. chilling on the verandah was lovely. the welcoming, homely atmosphere was especially appreciated. Dinner at the Condie was a great country experience. thanks for everything – and all the research talk.

  15. We would like to thank Gay constructions for allowing us to host their 3 workers here for 3 or 4 nights a week from August to December. We are looking forward to welcoming Richard, Phil and Glenn back in February.

  16. Busy weekend in Warwick – Rodeo and Rail trip on steam loco. No rooms available but Debbie & Ross took us in – lovely room and good company. We are certainly smelling the roses – they are everywhere. If you are coming to Warwick call Deb – its just 3 minute walk to the centre of town, but seems like stepping back a hundred years. Thanks guys.

  28. A wonderful weekend. Exceeded all expectations. Train trip was excellent and the lunch at the Wallangarra train station was lovely. Much better than staying in a motel room. Deb & Ross’s company made our stay.

  66. Oh what a wonderful experience! To be transported back in time to not only the 50’s but to Federation. Our host and hostess made the ladies and myself feel so welcome and at home. It will be a shame to see a lovely experience come to an end. I just love the memoribilia and period furniture. Thank yo so much for taking such care of us. Kind regards.

  68. Felt totally at home at Grafton Rose. So glad I brought my Mum and Aunty to Warwick’s Jumpers and jazz, to see all the knitted tree jumpers and the amazing ‘Knitchen’ and art gallery. But the highlight was the warmth, hospitality and laughter at your B&B. Thanks. Best of wishes.
