Warwick Heritage Festival

Discover and experience some of the many events organised for this year’s Heritage Festival “Having a Voice” in Warwick and surrounding townships.
Grafton Rose B&B will be hosting Author’s Talks, an exhibition of Light Horse paintings and Devonshire Teas over the 10 day festival.

Author’s talks – Deborah Wheeler will be the major speaker for the program supported by local and visiting authors.
- Deborah’s “Having a Voice” theme will be centrally based on her latest publication which has just been accepted by the Australian War Memorial for the National Reference Collection entitled “Tales of a Military Medal Recipient and a Lancaster Bomber Rear Gunner.” This book is based on the stories of two local WWII Veterans from the Southern Downs.
- Guest speaker: David Bowden author of “Remember Muckadilla Service Men and Women” (Book accepted by the Australian War Memorial for the National Reference Collection.)
- Author/Artist Dennis Hope author of “Warwick: illustrations of the region.”
